Beef Jerky, non-perishable beef summer sausage (No pork, please)
Tuna, Salmon, Chicken or other protein (in the foil pouches or cracker kit)
Pop Tarts, Breakfast bars
Hot sauce, ketchup, mustard (individual packets)
Peanut Butter – small jars or individual snack packs (Jif on the go)
Protein bars/energy bars/nutritional bars
